"The Perfect Life" - Moby Live On "Conan" [YouTube Video]

In support of the official release of Innocents, Moby took to the stage to perform on Conan. Surrounded by a choir all dressed in white, Moby strummed his guitar, belting out the words to "The Perfect Life." The heavenly voices and clean canvas wardrobe are a far cry from the colorful, outlandish video for the same song. If Moby's "The Perfect Life" collaborator Wayne Coyne were present for the Conan performance, there would surely be some glitter and, maybe, a rainbow too.

Though limited to the LA area, Moby will perform live each night October 2nd through the 4th at The Fonda Theatre. Collaborators on Innocents Skylar Grey, Cold Specks, Damien Jurado, and Inyang Bassey will play all three nights as well. Mark Lanegan will play on the 2nd and 3rd of October. Moby has announced that the shows will be split in two: the first half is new music off of Innocents, while the second half is a greatest hits set.
