"God Break Down The Door" - Nine Inch Nails [YouTube Audio Single]

In celebration of Trent Reznor's 53rd birthday, Nine Inch Nails have shared the first single from their upcoming album Bad Witch. Listen to "God Break Down The Door" above.

The track's foundation is an interesting mix of swirling electronic beats and atmospheric saxophone, rather uncharacteristic of the band. Instead of Reznor's familiar aggressive vocals, he chooses a calm and relaxed delivery, which counteracts the song's frenzied tempo. NIN has always pushed the envelope with their music, and this fresh sound shows that Reznor has plenty of creativity left to offer.
